Hotsy of Oklahoma is a family business that sells and services industrial cleaning equipment. We are currently seeking a full time PARTS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT for our ENID location.

•$500 Sign On Bonus!*
•$15 – $19 per hour salary, based on accomplishments and experience

•Predictable hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. WEEKENDS FREE

Responsibilities: 
• Answer phones and assist customers with troubleshooting pressure washers, parts washers, used oil furnaces, ETC. 
• Communicate with customers and create service tickets. 
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts in parts room
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications: 
• At least three (3) years’ experience in the parts counter and customer service. 
• Motivated self-starter with great communication skills. 
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with a good driving record. 
• Previous experience with similar equipment and heating systems and/or background in electrical systems including wiring schematics a plus. 

Candidates will be required to submit to a drug screening test before hiring.

*Sign on bonus paid after 6 months of continuous satisfactory employment.
